Recently, Le Beaulieu, Bangkok's best French restaurant, has chosen to open a branch of their restaurant at hill-lodge. The dining room is covered with a peaked roof where several attractive ceiling fans hang, gently revolving and circulating the breeze from the open-air design, which allows diners to enjoy the ideal year-round temperatures; in addition there is an adjacent bar and service area. The setting is charming, and everyone will immediately feel relaxed while listening to the sounds of birds throughout lunch, and in the evening to the amazing sounds of nocturnal creatures.

Although the menu is brief, it is well thought out, and covers all the basic categories and then some. To give only a few examples on the menu: Fresh Japanese scallops sautéed or grilled over hardwood charcoal, sautéed foie gras, imported Australian beef, imported fish from France, traditional bouillabaisse and chicken from the region of Bresse in France, which is particularly outstanding! The menu changes often as seasonal and other fresh produce become available.

We can accommodate parties up to 30 guests in our in-house European restaurant and 100 guests in our lush green courtyard.
